TO: ALL JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

SUBJECT: TESTIMONIAL LUNCHEON AT SAN FERNANDO CITY, PAMPANGA ON 10 MAY 2002

The Judges of the First and Second Level Courts of the Province of Pampanga will hold a Testimonial Luncheon at San Fernando City on 10 May 2002.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said affair on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and concerned parties are notified if any hearing cancelled.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of event.
