TO: ALL JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT COURTS AT PANGLAO ISLAND, BOHOL, BANTAYAN ISLAND, DUMANJUG, CEBU CITY, MACTAN, LAPU-LAPU CITY, ALL IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU AND SAN CARLOS CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

SUBJECT: ENVIRONMENTAL LAW CLINICS ON 11 TO 27 FEBRUARY 2002

The Sail and Dive Expedition will conduct Environmental Law Clinics on 11 to 27 February 2002 at the following municipalities/cities: Panglao Island, Bohol; Bantayan Island, Dumanjug, Cebu City, Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, all in the province of Cebu and San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.

All concerned are authorized to attend on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the event.
