Quoted hereunder for the information and guidance of all concerned, is the dispositive portion of the decision of the Third Division in A. C. No. 2995 (Romulo G. Dinsay, Petitioner vs. Atty. Leopoldo D. Cioco, Respondent) dated November 27, 1996, to wit:

"WHEREFORE, ATTY. LEOPOLDO D. CIOCO is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of one (I) year from notice hereof, with a warning that repetition of similar acts and other administrative lapses will be dealt with more severely.
