TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE SHERIFF'S CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT: 20 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 10 TO 12 APRIL 2019 IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines, Inc. (SCOPHIL) will hold its 20 th National Convention and Seminar on 10 to 12 April 2019 at the Kingsborough International Convention Center, Jose Abad Santos Avenue, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Mr. Fernando R. Regino, National President of SCOPHIL, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the convention and seminar with a complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This Circular amends OCA Circular No. 209-2018 dated 26 September 2018.
