TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR

SUBJECT : NATIONAL JUDGMENT DAY PROGRAM ON 13 NOVEMBER 2015

Pursuant to OCA Circular No. 204-2015 dated 1 September 2015 (National Judgment Day on 16 November 2015), all judges and clerks of court of the first and second level courts nationwide are directed to observe the National Judgment Day on 16 November 2015, as well as to submit a tentative calendar of cases and a report after the conclusion of the event using the forms stated therein. However, it was reported that in the Province of Ilocos Sur, 16 November 2015 is a local holiday pursuant to Proclamation No. 967 dated 10 February 2015 designating the said -day as "President Elpidio Quirino Day".

In view thereof, all concerned are DIRECTED to OBSERVE the National Judgment Day in the province of Ilocos Sur on 13 November 2015, instead of 16 November 2015, as set forth in the abovementioned OCA Circular No. 204-2015.

Strict compliance is hereby enjoined.
