SUBJECT : LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS OF ATTY. JOSEPH ADOR A. RAMOS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the First Division dated July 15, 2015 in Administrative Case No. 9860 [formerly CBD Case No, 07-2107] (Josephine L Orola, et al. vs. Atty Joseph AdorA. Ramos), to wit:

The Court resolves:

(1) to NOTE the respondent's manifestation and compliance (with enclosures) submitting certifications from the Regional Trial Court and Municipal Trial Court of Capiz, Kalibo and lloilo City, all affirming that he has not appeared in court as counsel from March 24, 2014 to June 24, 2014 and has fully served his three-month suspension from the practice of law, and GRANT said respondent's motion to lift the order of his suspension; and

(2) to LIFT the order of suspension of respondent considering that he has already fully served from March 24, 2014 to June 24, 2014, the three-month suspension imposed upon him in the Resolution dated September 11, 2013, and to ALLOW said respondent to RESUME his practice of law.
