SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR TWO (2) YEARS OF ATTY. CARMENC1TA BAUTISTA LOZADA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the resolution of the Court En Banc dated December 13, 2005 ; in Administrative Case No. 6656 entitled, "Bobie Rose V. Frias vs. Atty. Carmencita Bautista Lozada", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Carmencita Bautista Lozada is hereby found guilty of violating Rule 15.03 and 16.04 of the Code of Professional Responsibility and of willfully disobeying a final and executory decision of the Court of Appeals. She is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of two (2) years from notice, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar acts will be dealt with more severely."

Copy of the resolution was received by respondent per Registry Return Receipt No. 1333, Respondent's Motion for Reconsideration was DENIED with FINALITY in a resolution of the Court dated May 4, 2006.
