TO : ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT: CONVENTION, SEMINAR AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON OCTOBER 8 TO 10, 2013 IN MANILA

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold its Convention, Seminar and Election of Officers on October 8 to 10, 2013 in Manila.

All concerned are authorized to attend the activities on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Lyliha A. Aquino, Secretary-General of the PJA, shall submit a report on the conduct of the activities (including the list of judges who attended) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
