SUBJECT

ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION

The Philippine Judges Association will hold its Annual National Convention and Seminar on 10 to 12 June 1999 at Manila. Judges of the Regional Trial Courts and the Shari'a District Courts who are interested in participating in this National Convention and Seminar are hereby authorized to attend on official time the said function. Participants may avail themselves of any financial assistance that the local government units may offer.

It is understood that the Philippine Judges Association shall comply with the provisions of PHILJA Memorandum Circular No. 1-99 on "Rules and Requirements pertaining to Inclusion of PHILJA Educational Programs in all Conventions/Conferences of Judges and Court Personnel."

A complete report on the activities undertaken during the National Convention and Seminar and copies of the registration and daily attendance sheets signed by the members actually present shall be submitted to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the closing of the activities.
