SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) YEAR OF ATTY. JOSELITO C. FRIAL

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Second Division dated 12 September 2008, in Administrative Case No. 7820 entitled, "Atty. Ricarclo M. Salomon, Jr. vs. Atty. Joselito C. Frial", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, Atty. Joselito C. Frial is adjudged guilty of grave misconduct and infidelity in the custody of properties in custodia legis. He is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of one (1) year effective upon his receipt of this Decision. Let notice of this Decision be entered in his personal record as an attorney with the Office of the Bar Confidant and notice of the same served on the IBP and on the Office of the Court Administrator for circulation to al! courts concerned."

Atty. Joselito C. Frial received the Decision on 10 October 2008 per Registry Return Receipt No. 3362.
