REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1580 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE NUEVA V1ZCAYA RURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, TO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE NUEVA VIZCAYA NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Nueva Vizcaya Rural High School located in the Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, is hereby converted to a national agricultural school of secondary level, to be known as the Nueva Vizcaya National Agricultural School. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said school for the school year nineteen hundred and fifty-five to nineteen hundred and fifty-six. The necessary funds for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
