AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED EIGHTEEN HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Eighteen hundred twenty-two is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. The sum of ten thousand pesos appropriated in item (19), page one hundred eighty-three, subparagraph "ab", for the City of Manila, paragraph 4, title A, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby reappropriated for the following purposes :

" (1) Sta. Clara Street Asphalting from Lamayan to Havana P6,000.00

" (2) Eden Street —from Herran to Ren naisance Improvement 2,000.00

" (3) La Torre Street —from Calderon to M. Roxas Improvement 2,000.00"

SEC 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
