REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4865 - AN ACT NAMING THE PORTION OF THE PAN-PHILIPPINE HIGHWAY FROM BARRIO GUINTI-GUIAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BABATNGON, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO BARRIO PINAMONO-AN, MUNICIPALITY OF MAHAPLAG OF THE SAME PROVINCE AS THE DANIEL Z. ROMUALDEZ HIGHWAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The portion of the Pan-Philippine Highway from Barrio Guintiguian, Municipality of Babatngon, Province of Leyte, to Barrio Pinamono-an, Municipality of Mahaplag of the same province, shall hereafter be known and referred to as the Daniel Z. Romualdez Highway.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
