M-2017{35 TO : ALLBANKSANDNBQBs subject : Proclamation No. 332 declaring 13-15 November 2ot7 as special {Non-Workingf Days in the National Capital Region {NCRI, Province of Bulacan and Province of Pampanga In view of Malacafrang Proclamation No. 332 which declares 13-15 November 2Ot7 as Special (Non-Working) Days in the National Capital Region (NCR), Province of Bulacan and Province of Pampanga, please be informed of the following operating schedules of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) for the duration of the period covered by the foregoing Proclamation: L Clearing and settlement, cash servicing and Treasury operations (trading and settlement - ODF, OLF, Overnight nRp Facility and PDS) will observe normal operationson 13, 14, and 15 November2017. 2. lt will be regular reserve days in so far as computing for the reserve positions of 13, L4, and 15 November 2017. 3. All other operations in the BSP Manila, euezon city and san Fernando, Pampanga, offices are suspended for the duration of the period covered by the Proclamation. 4. All reports due may be submitted on 16 November 2017 without penalty. All banks and NBQBs are advised to make the necessary prior arrangements to ensure smooth operations leading to and immediately after the dates covered by Malacaffang Proclamation No. 332.
