ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

ALL OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION

SUBJECT:

ATTENDANCE AT THE ANNUAL SEMINAR-CONVENTION ON JUNE 20, 21 AND 22, 1996, AT THE SHANGRI-LA'S EDSA PLAZA HOTEL, MANDALUYONG CITY

All officers, directors and members of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) are hereby authorized to attend the PJA'S annual seminal—convention to be; held on June 20, 21 and 22, 1996, at the Shangrila's EDSA PLAZA HOTEL, Mandaluyong City .

This is on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is no disruption of t;he court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on .the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the. seminar-convention.
