TO: ALL JUDGES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS

SUBJECT : FORUM ON PLEA BARGAINING IN DRUGS CASES ON 13 APRIL 2018 AT THE SMX, SM-AURA, TAGUIG CITY

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) in collaboration with the Local Government of Taguig City will conduct a Forum on Plea Bargaining in Drugs Cases to be held on 13 April 2018, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the SMX, SM-Aura, Taguig City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend forum on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Paz Reyes-Yson, the PJA Secretary General, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the forum with the complete list of all the judges who attended it within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
