TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT : QUARTERLY MEETING ON 13-14 JUNE 2013 AT THE OLD SWISS INN, PACO PARK, MANILA

The officers and the board of trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold a quarterly meeting on 13-14 June 2013 at the Old Swiss Inn, Paco Park, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Gilda T. Loja-Pangilinan, Secretary General of the association, shall submit a report regarding the conduct of the meeting (including the complete list of the judges who attended the meeting) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
