TO : THE NATIONAL BOARD OF OFFICERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC. AND THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COSTRAPHIL, MINDANAO CHAPTER

SUBJECT : 2nd MINDANAO CONGRESS, ELECTION OF REGIONAL DIRECTORS AND 6 th NATIONAL BOARD OF OFFICERS MEETING ON AUGUST 29 TO 31, 2013 AT DIPOLOG CITY

The Court Stenographers Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc. will hold the 2 nd Mindanao Congress, Election of Regional Directors and 6 th National Board of Officers Meeting on August 29 to 31, 2013 (Thursday to Saturday) at Dipolog City.

In connection therewith, the officers and members of COSTRAPHIL Mindanao Chapter and the following COSTRAPHIL national board of officers are hereby authorized to attend the activities from August 29 to 30, 2013, on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar:

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 64-2013 dated May 15, 2013.
