TO : THE CONCERNED TRIAL COURT JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL

SUBJECT : ANNUAL FIVE PILLARS OF JUSTICE FORUM DIALOGUE ON 14 AUGUST 2015 AT THE CASTLE PEAK HOTEL, MABOLO, CEBU CITY

The Children's Legal Bureau (CLB) will sponsor the Annual Five Pillars of Justice Forum Dialogue on 14 August 2015, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Castle Peak Hotel, Mabolo, Cebu City. The objective of the dialogue is improving the quality of service given to children by the said pillars of justice.

In connection therewith, the following trial court judges and court personnel are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:

The above-named judges and court personnel shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from receipt thereof.
