TO : CONCERNED EXECUTIVE JUDGES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE CLERKS OF COURT IN REGION IX

SUBJECT : HALF-DAY FORUM ENTITLED: "ENHANCING COLLABORATION AMONG OS STAKEHOLDERS TOWARDS PROBATION/PAROLE/EXECUTIVE CLEMENCY" ON APRIL 8 , 2015 AT THE CITI INN HOTEL, GOV. ALVAREZ AVENUE COR. LA PURISIMA ST., ZAMBOANGA CITY

The Parole and Probation Administration Regional Office No. IX will hold a half-day forum entitled: "Enhancing Collaboration Among CJS Stakeholders Towards Probation/Parole/Executive Clemency" on April 8, 2015, from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, at the Citi Inn Hotel, Gov. Alvarez Avenue cor. La Purisima St., Zamboanga City.

In connection therewith, the following executive judges and their respective clerks of court are hereby authorized to attend the said forum on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:

Tampos, Regional Director, shall submit a report regarding the forum (including the complete list of executive judges and their respective clerks of court who attended) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
