TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT : QUARTERLY MEETING ON MARCH 13 TO 15, 2013 AT ROXAS CITY, CAPIZ

The officers and the board of trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold a quarterly meeting on March 13 to 15, 2013 at Roxas City, Capiz.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Gilda T. Loja-Pangilinan, Secretary General of the association, shall submit a report regarding the conduct of the meeting (including the complete list of the judges who attended the meeting) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court 'Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
