Subject: Rural bank of Loboc, Inc. - Establishment and Commencement of its Operation
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 848 dated 2 July 2008, approved the establishment of a rural bank in Loboc, Bohol, to be known as "Rural Bank of Loboc, Inc."
The Bank was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 18 December 2008. Its Certificate of Authority to Operate was issued on 26 March 2009 and it started its banking operation on 1 April 2009.
