ATTENDANCE AT THE DIALOGUE AND JOINT INDUCTION CEREMONIES OF THE VANGUARD OF THE PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION, ABRA-ILOCOS NORTE-ILOCOS SUR CHAPTERS, ON AUGUST 10, 1989, AT FORT ILOCANDIA RESORT HOTEL, LAOG CITY, ON OFFICIAL TIME.
