SUSPENSION OF ATTY. SALVADOR T. SABIO FROM PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX MONTHS

Quoted hereunder for the information and guidance of all concerned, is the dipositive portion of the decision of the Second Division in A.M. NO. RTJ-93-1033 (Maribeth Cordova and Christopher Cordova, Complaints versus Hon. Emma C. Labayen, etc., et al., Respondents), dated October 11, 1995, yo wit:

" WHEREFORE, Atty. Salavdor T. Sabio is hereby SUSPENDED from practice of law for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS , effective upon receipt of a copy of this decision. He is warned that a more severe sanction shall be imposed should he commit another administrative offense. Let copies hereof be attached to his record and served on the Bae Confidant, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, and on all courts of the land."
