AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL REGION IN THE 9th REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 4)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and to promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks, of Court of the first and second level courts of the Tenth Judicial Region are enjoined to attend and participate in the 9th Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held from 26 to 28 October 2005 at the Dynasty Court Hotel, Tiano corner Hayes Streets, Cagayan De Oro City.

Sessions for the Judges will be from 26 to 28 October 2005. Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are members of the Bar shall attend the sessions on 26 and 27 October 2005, while those who are not members of the Bar will attend the sessions on 26 October 2005 only.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses to and from seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
