Subject: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRD)
Please be advised that Central Bank Registration Document (CBRD) No. (DE) 93-00495-DE dated 31 May 1993, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of United International Pictures AB-Head Office in its Philippine Branch, has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or profit remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
