REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7848 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE GUIMBA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN POBLACION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUIMBA, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school to be known as the Guimba National High School in Poblacion in the Municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
