REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 23-2002 issued on July 18, 2002 notifies the loss of two (2) sets of unused BIR Form No. 1954-Certificate Authorizing Registration (transactions involving real and personal properties) with Serial Numbers CAR 200100002937 and CAR 200100002944. Said forms, which were reported lost by Ms. Laarni Astillero of RDO 53, Las Pi�as, Muntinlupa City, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
