TO : ALL JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE EASTERN VISAYAS REGION

SUBJECT: INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES EASTERN VISAYAS REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 20-21 SEPTEMBER 2018 AT THE WATERFRONT HOTEL RESORT AND CASINO, LAHUG, CEBU CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Eastern Visayas Region will hold a Regional Convention on 20 to 21 September 2018 at the Waterfront Hotel Resort and Casino, Lahug, Cebu City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
