TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE E METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATE OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)
SUBJECT: 14th NATIONAL CONVENTION ON SEPTEMBER 12 TO 15, 2012 AT THE DAKAK PARK AND BEACH RESORT, DAPITAN CITY, ZAMBOANGA DEL
The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its 14th National Convention on September 12 to 15, 2012 at the Dakak Park and Beach Resort, Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte.
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars ape properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.
Judge Maria Gilda T. Loja-Pangilinan, Secretary General of the Association, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the convention.
