SUBJECT : TRAINING WORKSHOP ON THE PILOTING OF RULES 22 AND 24 OF THE PROPOSED REVISED RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE ON 17 - 18 FEBRUARY 2015 AT THE HOTEL DEL RIO, M.H. DEL PILAR ST., MOLO, ILOILO CITY

In connection with the piloting of Rules 22 and 24 of the Proposed Revised Rules of Civil Procedure pursuant to the 8 March 2014 Resolution of the Supreme Court in A.M. No. 14-03-02-SC (Re: Program for Piloting and Assessing the Proposed Revised Rules of Civil Procedure), a Training Workshop will be conducted on 17-18 February 2015 at the Hotel del Rio, M.H. Del Pilar St., Molo, Iloilo City.

The following trial court judges and branch clerk of courts are hereby DIRECTED to attend the Training Workshop on OFFICIAL TIME:

Attendance at the Training Workshop is mandatory. As part of the preparation, participants are required to read through the briefing kit and prepare a draft Terms of Reference (TOR) based on the sample case files provided. The TOR will be discussed during the first day of the workshop. Participants will also be asked to participate in a Mock Preliminary Conference and Mock Face to Face and Alternate Trial of Issues.
