SUBJECT : URGENT MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF ATTY. JULIAN BARRAMEDA DENIED WITH FINALITY.
For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the resolution of the Second Division of this Court dated January 16, 1989, in G. R. No. 71177, entitled "Erectors, Inc. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.":
"G. R. No. 71177 (Erectors, Inc. vs. National Labor Relations Commissions, et al.) - Acting on the urgent motion of Atty. Julian Barrameda for reconsideration of the signed resolution of October 28, 1988, which inter alia imposed upon Atty. Barrameda a penalty of suspension from the practice of law in the Philippines for a period of six months, the Court RESOLVED to DENY with FINALITY the aforesaid urgent motion, no substantial matters or reasons having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought."
