SUBJECT: 4th BIENNIAL NATIONAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR OF THE UNION OF CLERKS OF COURT OF THE PHILIPPINES ON MAY 27-29, 2000 AT ILOILO CITY
The Union of Clerks of Court of the Philippines will hold its 4th Biennial National Convention-Seminar in Iloilo City on May 27-29, 2000. Clerks of Courts of the first level courts who are interested to participate are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if available and offered.
A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
