TO : THE OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA) AND ALL THE METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT JUDGES

SUBJECT : ONE-DAY ECUMENICAL RECOLLECTION ON OCTOBER 3, 2013 AT TAGUIG CITY

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will sponsor a one-day Ecumenical Recollection on October 3, 2013 at the SMX Convention Center, SM Aura, The Fort, Taguig City.

All Metropolitan Trial Court Judges in the NCJR and PJA officers are hereby authorized to attend the activity on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Danilo S. Cruz, Chairperson of the Committee on Ecumenical Recollection of the PJA, shall submit a report regarding the activity with complete list of Judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
