AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, MUNICIPAL TRLAL COURT/MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURT, AND MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITIES OF LUZON AT THE SEMINAR ON SPEEDY TRIAL AND DISPOSITION OF CASES

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 22-2010, the following are hereby authorized to attend the Seminar on Speedy Trial and Disposition of Cases, which will be held on April 15, 2010, Thursday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., at the Baguio Country Club, Country Club Road, Baguio City.

Attendance in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating judge should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
