ALL PRESIDING JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE CAGAYAN DE ORO AND ILIGAN CITIES

SUBJECT :

TWO (2) DAYS WORK SUSPENSION ON DECEMBER 19 AND 20, 2011

In view of the devastating damage/s of the typhoon "Sendong", the court operations of the abovementioned lower courts are SUSPENDED from December 19 to 20, 2011. However, to effectively address the concerns of the courts and personnel affected by said calamity, you are hereby DIRECTED to: (a) DETERMINE the damage on the Hall of Justice/building, court records and properties, as well as the needs of the court personnel affected thereby, and (b) SUBMIT, within ten (10) days from notice, a REPORT on the action already taken as regards the condition of the court, records and properties and assistance if any has been given to the employees; and RECOMMENDATION as to other actions that need to be taken with the assistance of the Office of the Court Administrator.
