AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT AND STAKEHOLDERS FOR THE PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR TO THE PRE-INTERNSHIP ORIENTATION AND MEETING

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) through the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO), will conduct a Pre-Internship Orientation and Meeting with Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, Mediation-Trainees, and PMC Unit Staff (Agusan del sur Mediation Program), to be held on September 9, 2016, at 11:00 AM, at the Provincial Learning Center, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.

The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Province of Agusan del Sur are required to attend and participate in the aforementioned Pre-Internship Orientation and Meeting.

The attendance in the aforementioned activities shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME .

The participating Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Pre-Internship Orientation and Meeting, and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearings.
