SUBJECT:

NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON MARCH 31, 200 AT 10:00 A.M. AT THE BOHOL TROPICS RESORT, CITY OF TAGBILARAN

The National Officers of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold their National Board Meeting on March 31, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at the Bohol Tropics Resort, City of Tagbilaran.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Rosita Delgado-Amisola, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
