ALL JUDGES AND PERSONNEL WHO WILL ASSIST IN THE MEDICAL/DENTAL MISSION

SUBJECT:

MEDICAL/DENTAL MISSION FOR INMATES IN THE BATAAN PROVINCIAL JAIL

The integrated Bar of the Philippines, Bataan Chapter and the Office of the Executive Judge will hold a Medical/Dental Mission on October 26, 2007 from 8:00am to 5:00pm at the Benigno S Aquino Hall of Justice, Balanga City for the benefit of the inmates 1 in the Bataan Provincial Jail.

All concerned are hereby authorized to use the lobby of the Benigno S. Aquino Hall of Justice and to attend the said medical/dental mission on OFFICIAL TIME , provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.
