SUBJECT: "DRUG ABUSE COLLOQUIUM" ON NOVEMBER 20 199" AT GLORIA'S RESTAURANT, ANGELES CiTY PAMPANGA

The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), in coordination with this Court, the Department of Justice, and with the financial assistance of the Commission of the European Communities (EC), will be conducting a follow-up session of the "Drug Abuse Colloquium" conducted last August 5-7, 1992, at the Gloria's Restaurant, Angeles City, Pampanga on November 20, 1992.

The following Regional Trial Court judges of Region 3 are hereby authorized to attend the program on OFFICIAL TIME :
