ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT:

QUARTERLY MEETING ON JUNE 25-26, 2009 AT THE SEAFOOD WHARF RESTAURANT, RIZAL, PARK MANILA.

The Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its quarterly meeting on June 25 and 26, 2009 at the Seafood Wharf Restaurant, Rizal Park, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Rosalyn D. Misios-Loja, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
