TO: BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT OF THE PHILIPPINES(FLECCAP)

SUBJECT: BOARD MEETING ON OCTOBER 5, 2005 AT 2:00 P.M. AT MTCC, OCC, HALL OF JUSTICE, DAVAO CITY

The First Level Clerks of Court of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold a Board Meeting on October 5, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at the MTCC, OCC, Hall of Justice, Davao City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written pennission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no dismption of the court calendar.

Ms. Rosita Delgado-Amizola, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
