TO: The Officials and Employees of the Metropolitan Trial Courts in Quezon City
SUBJECT: Sports Festival from May 21-25, 2007
The officials and employees of the Metropolitan Trial Courts in Quezon City will hold a Sports Festival from May 21-25, 2007.
Activities shall be held in the afternoon of May 21 to 24, 2007 and the whole day of May 25, 2007. Activities may be held in the morning provided that they will not interfere with the calendar and scheduled hearings on said dates'
All concerned are authorized to attend the said activities provided that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar, and a skeletal force shall be maintained so as not to hamper the operation of the courts.
