TO: ALL FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES IN ILOILO
SUBJECT: FORUM ON THE PHILIPPINE COMPETITION ACT ON 30 JUNE 2017 AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SAN AGUSTIN COLLEGE OF LAW, ILOILO CITY
The University of San Agustin College of Law will conduct a Forum on the Philippine Competition Act (Republic Act No. 10067) to be held on 30 June 2017, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Bar Review Room, University of San Agustin College of Law, General Luna St., Iloilo City.
In connection therewith, all first and second level court judges in Iloilo are hereby authorized to attend the forum, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings."
The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office,-Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
