TO : THE CONCERNED REGIONAL DIRECTORS AND REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT : NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON 30 JUNE TO 1 JULY 2016 AT THE PACE HEADQUARTERS, MANILA

The national officers and regional directors of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold a national board meeting from 30 June to 1 July 2016, starting at 8:00 a.m., at the PACE Headquarters, Manila.

In connection therewith, the following PACE regional directors and the representative of the director for Las Pinas City are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption in the court calendar:

Atty. Maria Fe O. Maloloy-on, National President of PACE, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, on the conduct of the meeting, including the complete list of the court personnel who attended the same, within ten (10) days from its conclusion.
