TO : THE CONCERNED NATIONAL OFFICERS AND THE OFFICERS AND WORKING COMMITTEE MEMBERS OF THE BAGUIO CITY CHAPTER OF THE SHERIFFS' CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT: 1st BOARD MEETING AND POST-CONVENTION CONSULTATIVE MEETING ON APRIL 15, 2013 AND APRIL 19,2013, RESPECTIVELY, IN BAGUIO CITY

The national officers of the Sheriffs' Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold their 1 st Board Meeting for the year 2013 on April 15, 2013 and a Post-Convention Consultative Meeting with the Baguio City Chapter officers on April 19, 2013, both meetings to be held in Baguio City.

In connection therewith, the following SCOPHIL national officers and the officers and working committee members of the Baguio City chapter are hereby authorized to attend on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, the meetings on April 15, 2013 and April 19, 2013 in Baguio City, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar:

Mr. Patermoscio G. Labayani, National President of the Association, shall submit a report of the conduct of the meetings (including the complete list of the national officers and chapter officers who attended the same) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
