SUBJECT:

8 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION ON SEPTEMBER 5-8, 2006 AT THE EAST ASIA ROYAL HOTEL, GENERAL SANTOS CITY

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines Manila will hold its 8th National Conventional on September 5-8, 2006 at the East Asia Royal hotel, General Santos City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME , provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearing.

Judge Ma. Ruby Bithao-Camarista, President of the Association shall submit a report within ten (10) days after the said convention.
