SUBJECT: RE: NOEL BASCO Y MORILLO

For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the advisory of Secretary Raul M. Gonzales of the Department of Justice dated 10 June 2008 , to wit:

"This is to reiterate my earlier Memorandum to the Chief of the Philippine National Police dated September 12, 2006, that a certain NOEL BASCO Y MORILLO of Oriental Mindoro has been impersonating and introducing himself as a lawyer and an official of the government.

Any representation of this person should be ignored and he should be investigated, and the necessary charges be filed against him. Reports have been received as late as today that he victimized so many people and has misled law enforcers by his claim of connection with various government officials and agencies.

The public is warned from dealing with this person.

For your information and proper action."
