SUBJECT:

PJA ANNUAL CONVENTION AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON OCTOBER 14-16, 2009 AT CENTURY PARK SHERATON, MANILA

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold its Annual Convention and Election of Officers with the theme, "Judges as Catalysts for Moral Reform" on October 14 to 16, 2009 at Century Park Sheraton, Manila .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said annual convention and election of officers on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS,

chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified- of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Antonio M. Eugenio, Jr., President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the date of the convention and election of officers.
