TO : THE ALL FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES AND THE CONCERNED COURT PERSONNEL OF THE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN

SUBJECT : 6th ASEAN CHIEF JUSTICES' ROUNDTABLE ON ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE IN THE PHILIPPINES ON 10 TO 13 NOVEMBER 2016 AT PRINCESA ISLAND GARDEN RESORT, PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, PALAWAN

The Supreme Court of the Philippines in partnership with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) will be hosting 1 the 6 th ASEAN Chief Justices' Roundtable on Environment on 10-13 November 2016 at the Princesa Island Garden Resort, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

In connection therewith, the following trial court judges are hereby directed to assist and attend'the conference on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court- calendars are properly managed and that the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:
